This is the only starbuck's I will go to in the area. I work in a coffee shop for I'm normally very snub about starbucks! It never about the drinks for me but about the service. Some starbuck's I have been to they treat me like I'm an idiot and I don't know what I'm talking about. "I would like a medium coffee" "Well which medium, we have two medium sizes Grande and Venti." "The one in the middle".......=/ THIS starbucks on the other hand has great workers behind the counter. They are constantly running back and forth doing their job and helping customers. They are always very friendly and helpful. The milk cart is always very clean when I go in =] which makes me very happy. If it is not it's normally because they are VERY busy, which is understandable. I never use the drive-threw because I feel like I will miss out of the customer-employee interaction which is the only reason why I go here! I had knee surgery and my boyfriend went here to get me coffee and whoever was working asked where I was because normally it's either me or both of us that go in together, and he told them I was shacked up with a cast on. So when he arrived back home with my beverage they wrote "Get well soon!" with a smiley face on my cup and it was something so little, but it made me smile. I normally get two shots of espresso over ice in a GRANDE...cup...haha and add two splendas with milk or a vanilla latte and it always comes out great =]. My boyfriend loves their skim iced chais.

AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU ON SUNDAY MORNINGS. I thought that maybe last week was an off-day but I was extremely annoyed this morning as well. I would like to point out that it took 20 minutes to receive my order this morning with 4 cars in front of me. I ordered a hot green tea- and received it without the tea bag. I saw the gentleman take the tea bag out- which is unusual since I've never had that before. As a result, my tea was too mild for me. And my cup- it was not double cupped, and the cup sleeve was inadequate for the hot drink. The order for the gentleman in front of me was wrong as well. Do I sound like a crazy lady on caffeine withdrawal? Maybe. I wish that this Starbucks would add another person to assist with the drive-thru during the busy times.

This drive thru is beyond terrible. I was here on a Wednesday morning around 9:30 am and there were 6 cars ahead of me. After waiting for 15 minutes and only getting up to the drive thru lanes at the bank next door, I decided to go get my coffee elsewhere. I won't be going to Starbucks anymore.

Yesterday after leaving work at 5:30pm on July 17th. I stopped at Starbucks drive thru. I wanted to pick up a few deserts to keep at my apartment. So I asked about several which I was told by an overly sweet sarcastic voice that they were out and that I would hate her. Then I asked for three items, she then said "How many more deserts are you going to order today sir, 20 or 30?" This was very inappropriate and disrespectful. The Women was Asian and must have only worked there for a few weeks because I have never seen her before. But I can tell you this, I will NEVER spend my money at that store again and maybe not at Starbucks again at all if that is the kind of customer facing insults that customers can expect.

The drinks are consistent with what you'd expect at a normal Starbucks and the staff are particularly courteous and friendly. One evening I was accosted by a harmless but somewhat off-putting patron that wanted to have a very extensive life/philosophical chat while I was trying to study and when he left, one of the staff members working that night came up to me and asked me if I was okay. That's a really nice touch. The reason why I gave this Starbucks a three instead of a four or five is how crowded it gets with teenagers in the afternoon. If I'm going there to do some work, even with headphones on it's hard drown out their "likes", cackles, and "OMGs". The store got rid of a couch teens used to seem to congregate about, and filled that space with two-person tables, so that seems to have helped somewhat. I don't know, maybe I'm getting old, but it's a distracting place to be.

I love that this Starbucks has a drive-thru!!! My latte is always great and my oatmeal or sandwich is also a winner. However, the amount of time it takes to get through the drive-thru is ridiculous!! It takes them entirely too long to get through the line. They might be the slowest drive-thru in the history of drive-thrus!!! Once they get their speed together they will get 5 stars, until then I can only give a 4 star....

I love it when I come to a Starbucks and everyone knows everyone! Makes the town seem so friendly and nice which it is but it just gives it that Homie environment. Time to come here with a friend just to do coffee and talk and they're really sweet! They messed up my order one but were really Kind in fixing it with no issues!!!

Always nice staff.. Plenty of seating and tables available. Sort of tough to get to if you're on the wrong side of 309 though. It's one of my favorite Starbucks around. Oh, it also has a drive thru

Drive through takes TOO LONG! Avoid the drive through! Seems like this place is under poor management. I'll buy my coffee elsewhere!

Drive thru is just terrible. Going inside is a little better but it seems there is an ongoing issue with the speed of drive thru when compared to other Starbucks in the area. It's a real shame.
